I've been doing a lot of summer fruits coming in from Chile, their

our winter. The fruit is starting to export in, and let me tell
you something, the apricots aren't that bad. I remember a few years ago
if they came in from Chile I'd rather eat a lemon, but look at this.
They have some nice color to them, a translucent orange all the way
around and a little bit of a red or purple tinge to them, which is
good. That means they have a nice sweetness inside them and they have a
little soft give to the touch, which is the way you're supposed to
